During the early hours of this Wednesday, December 16th, an armed attack was registered in the San Isidro de Cabrales community, in Fresnillo, Zacatecas, where five people died.
According to the first reports, the armed attack derived from a conflict between antagonistic groups of organized crime, who dispute the place.
The Zacatecas Public Security Secretariat confirmed that all the people who died in the attack are men and their bodies were located at different points.
Experts from the State Prosecutor’s Office also attended the place to carry out the removal of the bodies.
The reports also indicate that to prevent the emergency units from reaching the scene, stars were placed on the road to puncture the tires of the units.
