The bodies of at least seven dogs were found in a well filled with stagnant water from a greenhouse in the community of Nopalillo, in the municipality of Epazoyucan, according to local residents.
Residents of the town reported the unfortunate incident, which has outraged residents of the community, who still do not know who committed the barbaric act against the dogs.
