According to information from real estate agencies, Tizayuca is one of the cheapest municipalities in Hidalgo to live in, since the price per square meter of land is very low, in contrast to other demarcations such as Pachuca, the state capital, since it is 72.15 percent lower.

In the so-called Bella Airosa, a plot of land can cost around 7,899 pesos per square meter, while in the aforementioned district it is only 2,200 pesos with a public deed and all services at street level; if you go to the industrial zones, the value drops to between 1,200 and 2,000.

In the El Manantial or Tepojaco subdivisions, a 10-hectare plot of land with a public deed, drainage, water, electricity and natural gas services has a price of 1,500 pesos; in the CID it is barely 1,000 pesos; if you want the best offer, the limits with the State of Mexico compete with 800 pesos, which is a good option.

As for products, some residents say that it is cheaper, with a few pesos difference, mainly in groceries, compared to Tizayuca; as for fuel, gas per kilo costs between 18 and 19 pesos and per liter up to 11; the fare in minibuses is around 10 pesos and drinking water is around 90.26 pesos every two months.
