A man was arrested in the town of Tlachapa in Atlapexco, Hidalgo, after going door-to-door offering religious images; however, he was actually involved in spiritualism.
According to reports, the man had been visiting homes in the community for about a week, where police noticed he was selling religious items.
However, it was revealed that the man was actually offering spiritualism services, which angered the residents.
The alleged witch was identified as Sebastián ‘N’, a resident of the Tahuizán neighborhood in the municipality of Huejutla de Reyes, who apparently practices spiritualism and was offering his services.
It should be noted that such practices are prohibited in this locality, as its inhabitants maintain a healthy coexistence, so authorities proceeded to arrest him.
The man was put behind bars, where it is expected that he will be sanctioned according to the customs and traditions of the community.
