This Thursday, the Secretary-General of the Government, Antonio Serrano Guzmán, announced that all activities in the State of Nayarit will be closed after eight o’clock at night, as of Friday, January 15, as new measures to reduce mobility and contagions by COVID-19.
“All shops in Nayarit must be closed at twenty hours from tomorrow Friday.” Furthermore, any type of meeting of more than thirty people is suspended; Dances, parties, jaripeos, and mass activities are prohibited.
It is assessed whether the closing hours will also apply to street food trade.
This is by agreement of the State Health Council, and in view of the increase in positive cases of Covid-19 in Nayarit, starting this Friday, January 15, all commercial establishments, of all the lines that operate in fixed premises, must close at 20:00 hours.
Commercial establishments that operate semi-fixedly, that is, on the street, such as taco stands, hamburgers, and other foods, may continue to operate beyond the established hours and their activities will be subject to valuation.
It transpired that the cut of schedules, with which it is about mitigating the contagion of the Sars Cov2 virus, is of a state nature and will be maintained for the next 15 to 20 days.
After the deadline, the measure, which seeks to mitigate the contagion, will be evaluated and the conditions will be reviewed.
The agreement also includes the restriction of all types of meetings of more than 30 people, parties, dances, and all types of concentration will be suspended during this period.
